Sources of Revenue: 100% fee-for-service. 99% collection ratio. In this practice, there is no PPO revenue, no HMO revenue, no DMO revenue, no Medicaid revenue nor any plan with reduced fees. The revenue is 85% insurance (traditional indemnity ONLY), and 15% cash, check, or credit card.
Practice Promotion: The practice is booked eight weeks in advance (Hygiene & Dr.) due to word of mouth referrals from existing patients. The Owner has therefore postponed external promotions until he locates a partner to join the practice to grow and prosper in this unique community
